How do I complete the online registration?

  • Click the appropriate registration link on the Events page or Online Courses page.
  • Click "More Details" to view event information.  Click "Start" to go directly to the registration process.
  • Complete the fields.
  • Once you have entered the information, click "Continue" at the bottom of the page.
  • Review your information on the next screen. If correct, click "Continue". If there are errors in the information you entered, click "Edit Information".
  • Please select your method of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer, Direct Pay or Receive An Invoice. You will receive instructions based on the selected method of payment. 
  • If you entered an email address, you will receive a confirmation and receipt to that address.

How do I know that my registration was successfully completed and I am registered for an event?

  • After submitting your payment, you are directed to a confirmation page reading "Congratulations!..."
  • If you provided an email address, you will also receive a confirmation by email.
  • If you are not directed to the "Congratulations" page, there has been an error in your registration and you should check your information and try again.

Who do I contact for questions about my registration or payment?

You may contact Conference Services Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CST at 979-845-2604, or anytime via email at agrilifevents@ag.tamu.edu.

How do I know if my payment has been received?

After Conference Services has received your payment, you will receive a receipt by email if you provided an email address. You will be faxed or mailed a receipt if you did not provide an email address.

Is this site secure for credit card payments?

Yes, our website is protected by the Texas A&M Online Payment Center. Your information will be encrypted for safe transmittal over the Internet.

I prefer to pay by Check or Money Order. How do I do that online?

After entering your information, you will be asked to select a method of payment and will be given instructions where to mail your payment.

I would like to receive an invoice for my registration fee.

After entering your information, you will be asked to select a method of payment.

To receive an invoice, you must provide a purchase order number, as well as where to send the invoice.  If you do not have a purchase order at the time of registration, please provide as much information as possible and we will contact you.

If you choose to receive an invoice, please do not send payment until you receive the invoice. 

Can I register and then pay the fee at the event?

Each event is different. If your event permits, you may pay onsite, but you may be subject to late fees. Please refer to the event information for further detail.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Each event is different. Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for your event.
