Exhibit space will be selected by exhibitors on a first come, first served basis.  Exhibitors will not be allowed to choose their desired space until the completed registration and payment is received.

If cancellation become necessary, an exhibit contract may be cancelled prior to November 9, 2009 for a processing fee of $50. Cancellation must be made in writing and sent via email to agrilifevents@ag.tamu.edu.  No refunds will be made after this date.
